Why we're different

1. We answer the phone. And if we don’t answer the phone, we respond quickly, usually within 1 hour. Same goes with email!
2. We “get” real estate. The people who started our company have a background in real estate investing, so we know what it takes for a REALTOR to be successful.
3. LOCAL, LOCAL, LOCAL. Our company was founded by I.T. professionals and we have in-house experts. We do not farm work out overseas.
4. Our products are fit to the market, not vice versa. We don’t simply take a bunch of home listings & dump it into a map. Real estate is LOCAL & so should be your property search.
5. We pledge that no technology company will provide a more personal client service experience. We provide old-fashioned service and we actually care about our clients’ success.
